He holds a master’s degree in emergency management and Homeland Security from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and has completed advanced EHS leadership training at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. A recognized leader in the industry, Shahzad holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), and Fire Protection Specialist (FPS). His strategic vision and technical expertise drive REDCODE EHS’s mission to deliver innovative, compliant, and effective EHS solutions across complex operational environments. He is a recognized expert in healthcare and behavioral health compliance, construction safety, physical environment (EOC & Life Safety), HAZMAT operations, emergency management, and regulatory readiness. Shahzad has held critical safety roles with a Fire & Rescue Department, the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Emergency Operations Center.
