Nasir A. Khan brings over a decade of expertise in accounting and financial management. He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Haven – West CT and has successfully led financial operations across diverse sectors. As Director of Accounting and Finance at REDCODE EHS, Nasir oversees all financial functions, including budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting its continued growth. His deep understanding of financial systems and operational efficiency plays a key role in advancing REDCODE EHS’s mission.

Shahzad Khan is the Founder and President of REDCODE EHS LLC, bringing over 17 years of specialized experience in environmental health and safety (EHS), hazardous materials and waste management, and healthcare facilities compliance. He holds a master’s degree in emergency management and Homeland Security from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and has completed advanced EHS leadership training at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. A recognized leader in the industry, Shahzad holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), and Fire Protection Specialist (FPS). His strategic vision and technical expertise drive REDCODE EHS’s mission to deliver innovative, compliant, and effective EHS solutions across complex operational environments. He is a recognized expert in healthcare and behavioral health compliance, construction safety, physical environment (EOC & Life Safety), HAZMAT operations, emergency management, and regulatory readiness. Shahzad has held critical safety roles with a Fire & Rescue Department, the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Emergency Operations Center. His leadership at REDCODE EHS is driven by a commitment to practical, compliant, and industry-specific safety solutions.
